Stanza pulitissima e comoda. Proprietario molto disponibile. Parcheggio grande a 400 metri. Invece che propinare una colazione di merendine o fette biscottate, soluzione davvero molto gradita con brioche e caffe al bar accanto il portone d'ingresso.

"Affittacamere con bagno in camera eccezionale"

Host praticamente eccezionale, sia come disponibilità che come comunicazione, già prima dell’arrivo ci ha fornito dettagli su come arrivare in struttura ( noi eravamo in treno), e come spostarci poi a Bologna. La struttura si trova in posizione ottima ed equidistate dal polo fiera, dalla stazione centrale, e dal centro storico. Camere super pulite e accoglienti bagno immenso con una super doccia ristrutturato da poco… e Biagio disponibile nella risoluzione di necessità ( avevamo necessità di lasciare il bagaglio prima del check-in e ci ha trovato la soluzione). Soddisfatti !!

Piaciuto tutto in generale anche se la tariffa è tra le più basse a Bologna…. Come affittacamere.. si potrebbe fare di meglio nel prezzo!! Comunque ci ritorneremo sicuramente se in visita per Bologna.

Il Sig Biagio è persona molto attenta all’accoglienza ed al benessere dell’ospite. Prima del mio arrivo si è preoccupato di darmi indicazioni per la strada il parcheggio e i mezzi per arrivare dove avrei dovuto lavorare il giorno dopo
