The Ni Villas Akyarlar - Bodrum

The owner was waiting at the property for when we arrived (Early also), he gave us a tour of the villas and was brilliant. The location was great, near the beaches and restaurants. And the host was amazing, always there to help with everything.

Our stay The Ni Villas was perfect. House is almost new with all necessary facilities -- dishwasher, coffee machines and big refrigerator. The pool was perfectly clean (it was cleaned every time new guests come). There are two beeches in 5 and 7 minutes walk -- both clean with a lot of restaurants. Near there are local fish shop and supermarket. In 15 minutes by taxi is city with a lot of bars and restaurants, shops, car rental. Very nice location. Koksal is the best owner -- ready to help with all request and recommendations.

This is the most amazing place to stay and I highly recommend it. We stayed here for over a week and it was the most wonderful trip. Here are some highlights: 1. The host (Koksal) is a wonderful human. This is his family business and he goes above and beyond to assist you with everything. He is very responsive and helpful. 2. The location is really great. Only 3min walk to the bus station, 5min walk to taxi station, 2min walk to bakeries for warm bread and pastry, 5min walk to two large supermarkets (that sell grocery and everything you’ll need), 10min walk to pharmacy or the beach, and there are many restaurants nearby. 3. The property was built just a couple of years ago and everything is very clean (sheets, beds, towels, etc). The pool is quite large and also really clean. There are plenty of pots and pans, glasses, plates, and utensils to serve food to even 10 people. Each room has its own AC and full bathroom. Thank you Koksal for hosting us and being so kind. We hope to come back and stay here again :)

Everything was perfect!

Location of property was excellent. We were near everything you could need staying at a villa i.e. fishmonger, bakery, butchers and supermarket. The nearest beach was positioned in a bay that was stunning with plenty of places to get drink and food. We were a party of eight and the villa was more than adequate in terms of size, it was great that all the bedrooms had an en-suite bathroom so we also got the privacy you would desire. Kitchen was adequately equipped and we did most of our eating at the villa and we cooked some lovely meals using the great local produce. Koksal the host, was amazing, very quick to respond to questions and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a great experience.

As we were a party of 8 it would have been great if we could all have had a sunbed, however this didn't spoil our holiday.

The villa was well equipped, convenient for the village and its beaches; and Koksal and family made is really welcome

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Ni Villas, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the villa's cleanliness and modern design. Everything felt brand new and well-maintained. The private pool was definitely the highlight of my stay. It provided a perfect oasis for relaxation and was surrounded by beautiful landscaping, making it a great spot for sunbathing or enjoying a refreshing dip. The amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living areas were spacious and inviting. The attention to detail in the decor added a lovely touch that made the villa feel like a true home away from home. What really stood out was the owner’s exceptional hospitality. Koksal was incredibly helpful and responsive to all our requests, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Everything.! It really is as good if not better than the pictures. The villa is fantastic with everything we needed. The fridge was stocked with drinks on arrival. Beds extremely comfortable no dips or lumps. Every room en-suite and spacious. The pool was fantastic and long enough for a proper swim. Köksal the owner went out of his way to help and make us feel welcome, from recommending restaurants, arranging sunbeds on the local beach and even organising a supply of medication for one of us. He really went the extra mile and we are extremely grateful.
