Good size apartment, well equipped and comfortable. Close walking distance to town and beachfront. Visited The Loaf ( cafe) as recommended, you won’t be disappointed!

The apartment was fully equipped, beautifully decorated and very clean, a home from home. The owners had thought of everything. There were plenty of plug sockets, usb’s and Alexa was set up to switch lights on/off. The location was brilliant, very central. All in all, a fabulous stay and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in Llandudno.

Very modern, clean and comfortable flat. Good size double room big enough for our two children and a comfortable double room for us. Location was fantastic and quiet considering how close to town it is. Also very good communication from the Owner.

Only (very small!) thing we didn't like was the towels - could have been a bit bigger and better!

Where do I start! It was exceptional!! Exactly as the photos on the website. Very modern, clean and airy. Even Alexa to turn the lights off and on and play us the music we like. So comfortable and spacious. We thought being in the basement it would be dark but it was just the opposite. In fact we had to close the blinds as it was so light and airy. Everything you need is there to hand. Cleaning products, condiments games, books, too many to mention here. Very well equipped. Also a brilliant location. Just five minutes walk to the sea front and pier. An added bonus, private parking. Also seating outside in the rear garden to eat and drink.

We were pleasantly taken back when we entered The Basement, it is a unique and beautiful place. Very clean, tidy, and bright. It has modern facilities, and everything you could want for a comfortable stay. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The welcome treats were a lovely touch. It is very private and has a secluded outdoor seating area for sunny days. With also a private parking space. It is well located, within walking distance to nice eating places, town shops, beach and attractions. We are so happy that we came across this little gem on Booking.com.

There is nothing that you couldn't like about this place.

The apartment is amazing clean and the owners communicate very well would highly recommend.

Could do with 2 sets of keys but that's just a personal preference
