"A nightmare stay — over 70 bed bug bites and a trip to the emergency room."

The kitchen is nicely equipped.

I strongly advise against staying at this place. I was severely bitten by bed bugs during my stay and ended up in the emergency room with over 70 bites, including on my face. This was an extremely distressing and unsafe experience that no guest should go through.

Great studio apartment, well equipped, and in a very central location.

A minor frustration. When I booked my stay, Booking.com advised that check out was possible between 0000hrs and 1000hrs. However, with less than 24hrs notice, I was made aware that the 'key nest' facility is closed between 0500hrs and 0800hrs. To Omari's credit, he immediately provided a satisfactory alternative solution as soon as I raised this to him.

"Great location with parking"

Location

No hot water. Found the trip switch had a fault. Not a lot of toilet paper. Only 1 set of towels. A great apartment but felt well lived in (like someone had gone away for a week and left all there cleaning supplies and some personal items) Curtains not dark enough wide awake at 5am in the summer. Needs black out curtains.

Excellent location, good facilities, clean and comfortable.

It’s a little small. Main issue is this: absolutely awesome location. Just 2min from Birmingham New Street station. BUT .. 10min walk to get the keys and drop them off! Booked it due to it being so close to the station for an early train, only to discover I needed to leave 20min to walk from the apartment to drop the keys off and back again.
