Grandpa´s tree - private garage

The property was perfect for us. It was very clean, very modern and a lot of facilities to use. Our host Marija was super friendly, she gave us everything we needed for our stay which we really appreciate and I highly recommend anyone to stay here.

A new building with high quality, close to a big shopping mall in walking distance, also close to the old town by Uber only ~10 minutes. It has a private garage with enough space for our VAN, which is really good. The TV also have a disney account, which keeps children happy.

The capacity of the water heater is a bit small, only enough for one at most two people to take a shower.

The host was really friendly and forthcoming. It would have been nice to also meet her in person... Maybe next time! :D Everything was even better than expected. Loved the location, smaller grocery shops nearby, bigger grocery shops not much farther. The apartment feels minimalistic, yet generous at the same time. My wife said that is how she envisions our future apartment and I can't really come up with a better compliment than that.

The TV wasn't connected to any antenna or cable TV provider so we couldn't enjoy watching TV. Netflix was working completely fine, though. Occasionally I had some trouble opening the front door lock, but it might just be me not getting the hang of it. The toilet faucet could use some grease. And... that's pretty much it. Seriously, this place is awesome!

Very comfortable flat in new building with the underground garage. It is quiet and the parking place is just next to the elevator. We visited the place in winter and the A/C can be used to heat the apartment.

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment has everything you need! The building is modern and the parking space inside the garage is really useful and protected from the elements. The host (Marija) was helpful with everything. We totally recommend!

Apparentment was very cozy. Great location. Private garage was great extra.
