Floating Condos of Commodore 11

What a nice surprise! Instead of looking into another house boat 3 feet away, this property has large windows and even a cocktail deck looking out over the SF BAy.... no neighbors... except a couple sea planes and their dock about 50' away. apparently they don't fly (or make noise) after dark. EVERYTHING is brand spanking new kitchen with top rated appliances, bathroom with great shower, great king bed with windows out to the Bay. I was nervous.... but what a nice surprise. "Book it, Danno"

Remember this is a Boat in a very small marina. Although it sure looks like it's floating, I do not believe it is actually floats, so there is no rocking. But, as with any boat, there was a hiccup with an underwater electrical hookup, keeping our 220V appliances from working the first day. BUT, as soon as I notified the Owner (phone call) he made it all work well. I could not ask for any better attention.

We love being on the water with a beautiful views. This place was very clean and relaxing.

The couch was a bit uncomfortable and we were very happy with the accommodations. We did not realize that the only restaurant nearby is very difficult to walk to. It is very close, but it’s very hard to get across the highway. As it is the only restaurant close by make sure you have reservations.

had a trouble time getting door open at first.Leaving in the morning to a puddle of water flooding the property.

The apartment was exceptionally clean & well equipped. The bed was VERY comfortable. And the location was totally spectacular, as well as easy to reach from the highway. This property exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it. Just gorgeous.

Unique location on the tidal lands just north of Sausalito. The 4 unit condo building was recently renovated, it’s quite lovely. It was great watching the changes throughout the day due to the tidal influence, and the sea plane activity nearby.

The sofa is sagging in the middle, not very comfortable to sit on. Though the outdoor space and the bed were very comfortable. Road access is a little complicated.

One of a kind unique property. Beautiful inside and the location was convenient for restaurants, shopping, and sight seeing.

Absolutely nothing.

The place was very clean. Location was great. Plenty of things to do outside San Francisco and also close enough to shoot out to the city for the night. Host was very responsive and helpful. If you're looking for more privacy try to get in condo C or D; those only look out onto the water where A and B are front facing and you'll see trails, parking and nearby businesses. When the blinds are open you can see straight into the place. Would stay here again for sure. The ONLY THING I would change is the shower head. Even with the water on full blast it was more of a trickle but I get the need to conserve water and all. Still would pick this place a million times over.

We took in a spectacular sunrise from the super comfortable bed. The place was light, bright, and clean! I had decent water pressure in the shower, and I enjoyed the heated floor.

Nothing, it was a perfect stay.
