Floating Condos of Commodore 11

Very unique property. Liked being out in the water and seeing the seaplanes.

Absolutely beautiful view.

The keys were not available in the lock box and the room was not cleaned at 430 pm. We had to contact the owner and then wait while the cleaners showed up and cleaned the condo. As there is nothing nearby, we waited in the rain outside for 45 minutes while the condo was cleaned. The owner had is check the lock box for another property, where we found the keys. The condo is incorrectly marked on Mapquest and our car's GPS. Google is correct, but search on Pohono in Mill Valley to find the place for sure. Wifi was spotty as the main repeater was not functioning and the owner (who stopped by unannounced) did not know how to fix it. This wasn't a big deal until we tried to watch TV and finding the remote was broken, i downloaded a virtual remote, but due to the ŵeak internet, it kept logging itself out, making changing channels a pain. Really a lovely place, but the little things matter in these places, especially when there isn't someone on-site to fix these annoyances.

Location was the best. It was the surprise destination for my partner. It was above and beyond expectations. We could not have been more pleased !!

Although we did not experience extreme tides, the tide can put sidewalks under water. Boots are standing by for your use. There is plenty of description and instructions on the website when booking. This is nature at work a - a minor inconvenience.

So incredibly great to be on the water. The location was unexpectedly quiet, even though Hwy 101 is nearby. Harold was super helpful getting me checked in. I went to a Mollie Stone's down the street and got fresh seafood and pasta to cook a little feast and enjoy it next to the bay. Not about the property, but about me: I really wish I'd brought my bike, so I could ride down to the ferry in Sausalito instead of driving into SF. Also, I'd love to find a nearby kayak rental -- next time!
