ليس مناسب للعوائل : ازعاج ليل نهار ، الغرفة ضيقة جدا ، الاستقبال غير متعاون ولا يبتسم خصوصا الطاقم المناوب في الليل كانه بائع بخسارة، ليس لديهم طاقم للمساعدة في حمل الحقائب.....الخ

Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme par les réceptionnistes, toujours souriants, disponibles et à l’écoute. Leur accueil chaleureux a contribué à rendre mon séjour encore plus agréable. Je souhaite également adresser un grand merci aux femmes de ménage pour leur travail remarquable. La chambre était impeccable chaque jour, parfaitement entretenue et très confortable. Leur discrétion, leur sérieux et leur attention aux détails méritent d’être soulignés. Tout au long de mon séjour, j’ai ressenti une véritable volonté de la part du personnel de satisfaire les clients et de leur offrir la meilleure expérience possible. Cette qualité de service fait toute la différence et mérite d’être mise en avant. Grâce à l’ensemble de l’équipe, j’ai passé un séjour merveilleux dans un cadre agréable et accueillant. Je repars avec de très beaux souvenirs et je recommande cet établissement sans aucune hésitation à toutes les personnes qui recherchent un service de qualité et une équipe attentionnée. Encore un grand merci aux réceptionnistes, aux femmes de ménage et à toutes les personnes qui travaillent dans l’ombre pour rendre le séjour des clients aussi agréable. I truly don’t have enough words to fully express how exceptional these villas are. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and professional, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. I would especially like to mention Joni, who provided outstanding service and made the experience even more special with his kindness and attention to detail. The villa itself was beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and offered the perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. The food was outstanding, with every meal thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. The atmosphere throughout the property was serene and inviting, creating an ideal environment to relax and unwind. Every detail, no matter how small, was carefully considered, making the entire experience feel seamless and truly special.
