The location of the hotel is good and central. The staff were very nice and friendly and tried to accommodate us as best they could. The hotel is clean and the room was comfortable.

Unfortunately we were the only guests booked in to stay for the first two days of our stay with over 200 rooms and it was very quiet and had no atmosphere. On arrival we were informed that breakfast would be limited to “pho” and omelet, which was sufficient for us but still not what was expected. The pool is nice but we noticed that it was not being circulated and when more guests arrived the water quickly started to turn. The spa was shut and there were no other facilities available. The hotel is suffering from a lack of tourists staying and we felt like it was in low season.

The location, and the gentleman at the reception with the female receptionist were so helpful. the gentleman spoke good English. he had a smile and willing to help. the young female receptionist was so helpful when I was looking for a bus ticket. she was kind and supportive. They also let me check out 3 hours after their check out time without extra charge which was a nice gesture.

one side of The backyard of the hotel where my room was located was full of trash which made an unpleasant view. Also, on my first day upon arrival, the lady who was guiding me to my room was not welcoming. she didn’t hold my luggage properly and I was worried the handle would break. Although I was so tired, I had to ask her to let me carry the luggage through many stairs.
