IDOverall, it is a very nice stay in a secure residential complex. The host was nice as he fixed the problems found. The guards are quite friendly as well as they were also ready to assist. The facilities are amazing, although I ended up never using it.
There was no towel, I paid EUR 3 for the towels. There was no restaurant within the complex. You need to cross an 8-lane road to reach a Chinatown just behind the residential complex, you have many food options there. 99 Speed mart, local fruit shop and hawker centres.

MYThe garden n gym are nice The owner was really helpful. Since the unit didn't have any iron, the owner managed to find one and sent it to the room.
The adult swimming pool was under maintenance
