Outside of city center, so it was quiet, but very close to the train station and convenient for travelers with luggage.

Exceptionally helpful manager, always reachable, provided good advice and contacts for trip planning, but he is not on site and you need to use an app on your phone to enter the property the first time. Clean, modern (but basic), spacious room with fancy shower. Location by train station; easy walk from different forms of public transportation (but further from old town). (Tip: excellent bakery around the corner for delicious focaccie.)

The property is named "luxury suites," but the room in which I stayed ("Simona") was not luxurious, nor was it a suite. It was perfectly nice but the furnishings are somewhat budget and spare. I point this out so that other travelers have the appropriate expectations. and will not be disappointed as I was. If you have the right expectations, this is a fine choice of accommodations.

Really nice place at great location

Location was perfect for my needs in the city center. The staff support was exceptional. the room was not fancy but worked perfectly for my needs and was good value given i was out most of the day sightseeing.

The directions to find the place. But once i found it I was very happy with the result.

beautiful historic building which the room called Simona was in, spacious room with high ceiling, decorated in simple minimalist white style, close to railway and 10 minutes from Centro Storico - the agents who run the place were excellent with their communication, landlord not available, clean room, with powerful shower and good to have YouTube on the TV, great Bialetti coffee machine with pods. Fantastic Cafe Del Radar 2 minutes walk with amazing home cooked food at value prices.

Big problem ! the mattress was old, lumpy, worn out and so soft -- no support to the body. Ruined my holiday as gave me backache everyday. Quite a disgrace. I stay all around the world and so called ' Luxury Suite' this was no luxury and should have been replaced 5 years ago. I would not let my dog sleep on this mattress. When landlord not present, this is often a problem, as agent does not always report how bad things are to keep landlord happy. I told agent replace the mattress otherwise I will not come back. Big shame how people abuse tourists while claiming 'luxury'.

Newly refurbished to a high standard. Very clean & easily accessible. Easy to park in surrounding streets.

Only one chair to sit on so had to sit on bed during evening.
