Really pretty, clean flat exactly as in the photos. Very close to everything. Walking distance from the beach. Comfortable mattress in main room. All facilities, incl. washing machine (on kitchen balcony).

There was nothing. Just one note: there are 3 bedrooms, and the flat (appartment) is prepared for 6, however, the sitting room (whivh has a sleeper couch) is a walk through to the bathroom for two bedrooms. In my opinion it can only accommodate with ease a maximum if 4 people.

Centrally located

Air conditioning only on living room and not on bedrooms, no parking.

Well placed and clean

A nice modern airy apartment. Well sized rooms with big windows, room for your belongings and comfortable beds. It was easy to just run down the stairs and buy some breakfast around the corner. A short walk to the beaches. Lots of restaurants, cafés and nice stores nearby.

One easy improvement could have been som wall hooks and/or a shelf for your shoes by the entrance.

Brilliant located apartment with a very kind host.

The property is very accommodating and clean. It is in a great location in Chiavari. The host is very helpful . We will definitely recommend it.

The apartment has a lovely character, and photos don't do justice. The location is perfect, close to all nice restaurants, coffee shops, and to the food market where everything is irresistible. Also, the apartment is very close to the train station, as well as to the beach. Highly recommended.
