Location was excellent, view was beautiful.

COMMUNICATION! Set up the unit with basic essentials. Perhaps the clientele they get to rent rips them off since there is no deposit for damage etc. I read the reviews and was leary but it was worse than anticipated. Communication was terrible. Our first day was ruined. I had requested early check in and they asked for me to pay extra charge. Good thing because after waiting for text to tell us it was available we finally just showed up at building because day of they had maintenance issue. The leasing manager had to let us in. Against HOA so this was sketchy. 5:30pm, got instructions door was open, no key, no fob to enter exit building and no pass . Then unit had one towel and no pillows and pillow cases. The shams were ripped. We were supposed use soap dispenser in shower for soap. We waited another hour and half for him to bring key, towel, cases to put over shams! We were stuck, and missed dinner with friends. Day three we came back to water leak over kitchen floor. Lesson learned, don’t book private party condo this platform. I will pay more and stay in hotel. The unit was ok, the WIFI was terrible so TV’s were useless. Bathroom light burned out and shower was very slippery. A simple rubber mat would fix that.

Through no fault of our own we were unable to stay at the property. We went to check in and there was a “police investigation in process” . It was 7pm at this time. The property host proceeded to tell me to call booking to cancel so a refund could be issued. Now they are refusing to respond to myself and booking to process the refund. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT BOOK. Don’t get me started on the misrepresentation of their check in time. Attempted to charge me $50 for checking in during the time posted.

The apartment in general was clean. The location was really good for where we were spending the weekend. The bed was fine.

Be forewarned - this apartment has zero amenitites. When you pay $250/night, you'd expect at least some soap to wash your hands with or a hairdryer, but the apartment literally had one roll of toilet paper and two towels. I contacted the person who I was communicating with, as I never travel with a hair dryer and couldn't find one in the apartment. He said they don't have anything like that, and if they did it was probably stolen. He then told me he'd get me one by that same day, and then proceeded to not contact me at all. The next day I had to message him again, and he gave an excuse that the funds weren't approved for a dryer and he couldn't do anything about it. It was a totally okay apartment, but there was literally nothing in it. No paper towels, no tissues, no soap, no extra towels, things that you expect and don't ever need to bring with you, they have none of it and they won't do anything to get it for you. So if you want to stay here, that's cool, just be prepared to bring everything with you.

It is a clean and nice room.
