MARE FUORI - stanze con piscina

The apartment was as expected, clean, and with a big comfy bed. The aircon worked well and the bathroom was beautiful. The pool, although small, was lovely, and in the time we were there I think we were the only ones using it.

The kitchenette was odd — there was even what looked like a rise/recline mobility bed in there! There was also a distinct lack of electric sockets — if we used the cooker, we couldn't use the coffee maker... first world problem I know. The biggest disappointed though was the noise levels. As others have said you can hear the family upstairs (including a small child), and the residents in the adjoining room. Worse than that though was the constant noise of the very busy main road AND the banging, drilling, cement mixing sounds from the surrounding buildings which made sitting in the communal outdoor space near the pool really unpleasant, and not at all relaxing. Neither the road, nor the building work is the fault of the owners, but it did spoil our stay in Monopoli.

Nagyon szép szállás, kedves házigazdákkal, bekészített italokkal a hűtőben. ( vizek, üdítők, tej, sörök...)Rendkívül tiszta, csodás nagy fürdőszoba mindenféle piperével. Kényelmes ágy. Tenger max.10 percre, óváros max.20 perc sétára.

Vékony falak, szomszéd minden mozdulata hallatszott. Medence vize, kissé hideg volt.

Prima kamer met een fijn terras waar je even kunt zitten. Op loopafstand van het strand en de supermarkt en een kwartier lopen naar het centrum van Monopoli. Grote koelkast en een prima koffiezetapparaat. Echter alleen plastic bekertjes en geen overig bestek. Koud, maar heerlijk zwembad en goed onderhouden tuin.

De kamers zijn extreem gehorig, je hoort alles van je boven en naaste buren (van wc bezoek tot snurkende gasten) en voorbijgaande treinen. Dat maakt het een stuk minder comfortabel. Wij verbleven er 5 nachten en hadden wel verwacht een keer schone handdoeken en een schone prullenbak te krijgen.

Atencion muy calida de los dueños, te reciben en familia con la heladera llena de cosas para refrescarte. Estan a disposición para lo que uno necesite. La habitacion, muy linda, con muchos detalles (jabones, shampoo, crema de pelo, heladera, cafetera, etc) Ubicacion ideal, a 3 cuadras de la playa. Y a 8 del centro. Pero supeeer tranquila y facil de estacionar si venis en auto. Gracias x todo!! Saludos

La cama un poco ruidosa, pero todo de 10.

la camera spaziosa, pulita, il letto molto comodo con le lenzuola bianche. ottima posizione per poter raggiungere le spiagge a piedi . vicina al centro storico che si può raggiungere lungomare a piedi in circa 20 minuti. comoda anche la strada che porta fuori dal paese. il parcheggio per la macchina si trova facilmente intorno alla struttura e non a pagamento.

Struttura nuova e confortevole, stanze ampie e con tutto il necessario.

L’emplacement est très bien, 10/15 min à pied du centre historique de Monopoli. La piscine est ok, malgré qu’elle soit à l’entrée de la maison, sous la partie habitée par les hôtes..

Pour faire court… il y a 3 chambres en enfilade, nous avions celle du milieu et mon dieu c’était EXTRÊMEMENT BRUYANT. L’isolation des chambres est inexistante, nous entendons TOUT : du passage aux toilettes aux bruits de talons à 5h du matin des autres voyageurs. Nous sommes malheureusement tombés sur des voyageurs irrespectueux qui branchent le sèche cheveux à 1h du matin, se font couler des cafés à 1h du matin, et hurle à 5h du matin, BREF. Il n’y a pas assez de couverts (déjà qu’ils sont en plastique..), je crois que le personnel s’en fiche, très décevant pour un séjour de 4j chez eux… pour le prix payé nous avions espéré mieux. S’en parler du lit cassé. Je ne continuerais pas ce commentaire tellement j’ai de reproches.

The room was clean and checking in and out was fuss free. The pool was a lovely addition. Our hosts were helpful and responded promptly to any requests.

We liked everything, however if there is anything to improve (and this is a very small improvement) then we would have appreciated ceramic cups and plates.

Camera molto spaziosa, soprattutto il bagno. Comodissimo lo spazio esterno e la piscina è un plus fantastico. La spiaggia più vicina è a 5 minuti a piedi.
