Casa d'artista in Val di Chiana

The apartment is located in a house close to the highway entrance/exit. The area is quiet with little traffic. The rooms are tastefully furnished (the owners are a family of visual artists). The kitchen is equipped with all accessories. In the bathroom, there's even a washing machine. The rooms are spacious, with plenty of storage space. The apartment also has a large terrace with armchairs and a small table, perfect for coffee, for example. The host is extremely kind and friendly, providing all the details and directions you need to navigate the region. There is parking space both in the yard and outside, just a 3-minute walk away. We will gladly return!

The only minus is air conditioning only in the living room. In hot months this may be a problem for some. Fortunately, the very nice owner Gianna brought two fans and everything was fine. Thanks Gianna!
