Très bel emplacement, près de l’étang saint paul, près de la voie rapide, terrasse très agréable avec mobilier complet. Appartement propre et bien entretenu dans l’ensemble (récent)

Manque juste une climatisation en plus dans le salon. Sinon RAS.
