Cosy gallery flat in Akacfa st.

Perfect location, clean and cosy room. Easy and fast check in and easy communication with the staff. AC working well. Overall very good.

overall very quiet in the inner yard, but there is another rented appartment in the same entrance and there sound isaolation is very poor. Hot water probably comes from a boiler tank, as first time we had morning shower it was not enough hot water for 2 people. The other days we saved hot water and could both have a hot shower then :)

The apartment is within walking distance of most of the most popular places and very close to a variety of transports so it's very easy to get around. Although the neighbourhood is very busy and it's close to a lot of bars, the place is super quiet. It was satisfactorily clean and had all the necessary amenities for cooking and showering.

It was a bit hard in the beginning to find the place and the keys to enter even though we were provided with instructions. The neighbourhood is not suitable for solo women as there are a lot of bars and therefore drunk people but the place itself provides a safe and quiet space to sleep on the inside of a building. The bed was quite uncomfortable but bearable.

The location is really central and still quiet. Didn‘t meet the owner personally but he was quick to answer via whatsapp.

The flat is really small, sofa fits only one and you shouldn‘t plan to do a lot of cooking, kitchen is really basic and not much room. Cleanliness was bit superficial, could be improved, especially the floors. You could hear the guest of the other apartment really good, so hopefully you don‘t have noisy neighbours.
