Muy bien ubicado, lindas vistas y cerca del embarcadero

- No hubo agua caliente ninguno de los días, les avise y me comentaron que lo gestionarian, pero no lo hicieron - 12 horas sin agua (de la noche a la mñn siguiente) - la ducha antigua, lanzaba agua en todas direcciones y fría - cobran 5% de comisión por pagar con crédito (podrían avisarlo) No lo recomiendo, se consigue algo mejor por ese precio

Great location next to the ferry and Iguana Perdida hostel / walking trail to free cerveza and Jaibilaito. Beautiful views over the lake with lots of places to sit. The gardens were immaculate and really pretty - the gardener does a great job. Our room was clean It was convenient to have a kiosk inside the property (but separate) to book shuttles.

-Poor customer service. We felt so unwelcome at the property due to the staff that we checked out early. On arrival we had big backpacks on. 3-4 members of staff were in the check in area laughing and joking with each other. They saw us standing but ignored us until we asked if we could check in. The lady checking us in was really very miserable - she barely looked at us, didnt smile and barely spoke to us. -Poor restaurant service. A 10% table service charge is added for pretty non-existant table service. Each time we had to hunt down a member of staff (usually not visible) to ask for drinks or food. In the morning breakfast took 45mins to arrive despite us being the only guests. The waitress was again unfriendly. There were, literally, hundreds of flies in the kitchen area. - Poor quality sleep. Ambient noise from tuk tuks and dogs barking. There was an animal running around in our roof all night. The pillows are old and lumpy. - Basic communal facilities. The communal shower is freezing cold. It wasnt draining and was full of someone elses run off so we didnt use it. There was nowhere to hang your clothes apart from inside the shower and it was next to the toilets also used by restaurant guests which I imagine might be awkward if you shower at the wrong time.

La cama era demasiado incomoda, la ducha no tenia agua caliente y se empozaba el agua.

El desayuno, la ubicación, el paisaje.

Que el restaurante cierre temprano.

Superbe vue sur le lac! Endroit paisible on a adoré nous n’aurions pas pu choisir mieux ☺️

Rien de particulier mais il est vrai que le personnel à la réception et au restaurant ne sont pas très souriants. Mais bon, ça n’a pas dutout affecté notre séjour

La ubicación es perfecta y la vista al lago es hermosa

El baño estaba muy descuidado, nada que no se pueda arreglar..
