Avoid This Property – Completely Misleading Listing! I booked this property based on the photos and description, but upon arrival, I was shocked to find that it looked nothing like what was advertised. The entire place was in poor condition, with old and broken furniture, a room door that didn’t even fit the frame, and a rusty sink faucet. One of the glass windows didn’t have a curtain, making it impossible to sleep properly. The property was undergoing refurbishment, something we were never informed about. The pool area was in terrible shape, and the overall environment was extremely noisy, making it an awful experience. We checked in and out within an hour because it was completely unlivable. Despite all the issues, the host refused to offer any refund, even though we had to book another hotel immediately. This was a complete scam, as the pictures did not represent reality at all. I strongly advise against booking this place unless you want to waste your money on a misleading listing. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere!

The blinds on the windows. The rooftop pool. That there was a toaster, coffee maker, blender, a 2 burner hotplate and microwave oven. The mini split worked great.

This is not a luxury apartment, maybe an apartment in a luxury building. From the poor workmanship and maintenance (dried glue on the tiles, peeling paint, black mold) to mediocre cleaning (fridge and freezer were both dirty) to the understocked "kitchen" (one rusty frying pan, one dull butcher knife), this was not a luxury apartment. There was a bottle of dish soap, but no sponge or dishcloth, no tea towel, no drying rack. There were two sets of cutlery, but no paring knife, no carrot peeler, no cutting board. A bottle of water would have been appreciated when we didn't arrive until 10 pm. The fridge is a bar fridge. There were 2 towels, one was a bath towel, the other a blue and white striped towel that we assumed was for the pool, so we asked for one more of each. We got two more bath towels, so we assumed they were for both showering and poolside. The apartment was on the second floor, facing the road. There was too much traffic noise and exhaust fumes to be able to open the patio doors most of the time. The mattress had a large wrinkle in it that wouldn't smooth out. This may just be me, but I feel there should be mattress covers on mattresses and pillow covers on pillows to protect them from spills, body fluids, etc. We have been coming to Cozumel for years. We normally stay in town, renting from locals. I decided to try something different and regret that I did. This place was considerably more money and lacked so much.

Name of the property is NOT listed on here, nor correct address, therefore it was a nightmare to find it. Lots of unneccessary stress and additional money spent on a taxi - twirling around trying to find this apartment where the management does NOT pick the phone to direct us either. There is no reception or anyone to help....Next thing after checking in, is to find out that we don't have the king size bed but a small 140cm something with uncomfortable matress, doesn't fit two people. Awful noise, facing the main road with cards and ugly location. Beach front yes but no access to beach, rocky and ugly. AC did not work, room was boiling when we got in, even after they know what time we would arrive......we spent the day/night with our dogs in boiling hell. Kitchen doesn't have proper lighting, poorly equiped. It's not what you see in the photos on booking, reality is way worse and all together disappointing. Those apartments are mainly residential (some clearly used for booking rentals, the locals living there hating the guests. I was chased by women being rude and threatening me to complain at my 3kg (well behaved dog), no reason simply jealous and bitching, complaining to the door guide. Next morning the door person and another women from 'management' chasing me and telling me I can't walk my dog outside the property because the poor residents complain. If the management rather focused on shit that doesn't work in the apartment .....disappointing and will never book again. Room has awful smell from canalisation and the small bed doesn't have comfortable mattress. Holiday turned into hell and discomfort. Toiletries missing - we had to buy our own toilet paper. After 3 days stay, no cleaning service, no additional big bags....

Studio itself very nice/spacious. Rooftop pool was lovely. Also we had a balcony with a sea view. Also rented a nice scooter at a reasonable price

Double glazing would help, the main road outside is quite noisy. Kitchen a bit basic and could do with better lighting
