The apartment looks relatively renovated, plenty of parking outside, and it is pet-friendly. Aircon works well, and it is relatively spacious; however, only suitable if you come with small children. There is a large porch, there is a supermarket, an ice cream shop, a pizza place under the building, and a laundry place. Very helpful staff and owner.

The building is a little dodgy and very dirty (some unpleasant neighbors; my 12-year-old son is afraid to go down by himself), with a very small, smelly elevator and an overall unsafe feeling. The location is within walking distance of the center; however, walking back is quite a steep hill climb, so you need to be in good shape. We started our stay with the shower flooding the whole room. I must say it was handled very fast by the owner and staff. The porch is dirty and could use a good cleaning now and then. The sleeping room is just a glass wall, not really a room, and not soundproof, even for watching TV, and the double mattress is of the very basic kind, not very comfy. Overall, a basic apartment with a max rating of 7.5.
