Staff are polite and very respectful. Good location , convenient for shopping and not far from city. Rooftop is a plus for fresh air

I arrived at night and they had no available room, i don't know what it means by confirming the booking? Coz I did that but when I arrived it was like they were not expecting anyone to come, they ended up giving me a dusty room with a weird smell, I couldn't sleep well coz I'm dust allergic, the following day they cleaned but still felt unclean, just arranged, honestly I only stayed coz I had no option.

The room was dirty and no change of towels or even checking if I still had soap or tissue
