I liked it being located just minutes from Ocean Park and SM Seaside Mall.

No free parking nearby.

Decent for the price

1. Bathroom needs to be thoroughly cleaned, unsure what caused the unappealing smell that we just also cleaned up the bathroom until it disappeared. 2. No portable hanging rack for wet clothes. You will end up hanging your clothes inside the bathroom. 3. Hangers available are mostly broken. 4. Bedsheet duvets/cover (in green) seems to have not been washed, rashes slowly formed on the child’s skin. 5. Fees will be charged that are not included on the payment that you will be able to complete upon reservation. Transient fee of 220 and if you decide to extend, 100 per hour will need to be paid to the property owner. FYI, the assigned caretaker of this property handles multiple properties in San Remo. So she will always refer back to the owner of the property, it is best to inquire directly to the property owner everything you may need. All this we didn’t bother to complain about or raise despite being accused of staying longer than we actually did, anyone interested in this property I strongly recommend to keep records during your stay incase there maybe claims from the caretaker or owner of anything.

I like the room where I stayed because it's really clean, with wifi and with complete kitchenwares. The caretaker was really approachable as well as the unit owner. I will really choose the same unit if ever I come back for vacation. The place is really peaceful and secured.

So far everything is great! Indeed a nice vacation.

I can't really name a single thing i liked about this property... it was neither cheap nor good.

Oh where do I even begin... Lack of clear communication. No information on parking spot was communicated, we were greeted at the gate by security told, no more parking spots available. No street parking probably within 10km radius either... Eventually property manager got us the number, this should have been sent in advanced. The rooms are very small. Not clean. Maintenance is VERY lacking, i mean there is a light switch plate being held up by painters tape... Bathroom lots of maintenance issues. All electricity is shut so you need to make sure to turn on the main breaker once you enter apartment, and figure out where it is (no instructions were sent but im handy so i figured it out). Towels were supposed to be in the apartment, there were none. No toiletries so you need to bring your own. Half the furniture like the bed wrapped in plastic... there is even wall art still in plastic hung on the wall. Furniture very missmatched, looks like definitely owned by someone with no experience or sense what they are doing with a rental. It was neither a comfortable stay nor cheap (in addition to the rate you will pay 220 transient fee and 500/day parking fee). Oh and when parking, the parking space is super small and tight so be very careful.

Sheets clean and soft. Good AC. Great host who communicated quickly. Pool was lovely. Make sure your host gives you a code/pass to swim (ours did) or the guards won’t let you in.

Place is getting older- wear and tear in bathroom. View of a dirty road on one side and of other apartment walls on other side. Noisy trucks driving past. Is quite small (as stated)-We travelled with children so only good to wake and sleep. We were 4 people but only blankets for 3.

Nice venue and close to a mall and facilities. Clean and well equipped.

Minor issue with one of the beds which was loose and creaking.

Value for money, the apartment was small, but we spent most of our time away. Internet reception was poor, but this cannot be blamed on the property.

The swimming pool was closed for cleaning on our Monday check out day. This is possibly the busiest day for check out and it would have been nice to be able to swim before leaving. To be hit with a 400 Peso per day parking fee was an unpleasant surprise. The fee should be explained at the time of booking, as should the admin fee.

Amenities,the unit was clean and with everything that we need and the host assisted us well.

No parking..had to pay for overnight parking
