Appartamento molto accogliente, ben decorato e attrezzato. La persona che gestisce l'appartamento è stata molto disponibile e reattiva nei messaggi. La procedura per il ritiro delle chiavi è chiarissima e funziona bene. L'appartamento è vicino al palazzo presidenziale, la posizione è ottima per visitare il centro città. Non c'è la possibilità di lasciare la valigia dopo il check-out e i locker erano un po' lontani. Ma per fortuna il delizioso ristorante indiano lì vicino ci ha tenuto la valigia l'ultimo giorno e non è stato un problema :)

Purtroppo il club notturno davanti all'appartamento ha provocato molto disturbo il sabato notte. Un gruppo di ragazzi ha urlato per ore nella strada. Non è colpa dell'appartamento, ma purtroppo devo segnalarlo perché non abbiamo potuto dormire.

The location is quite close to a city centre. Also could be reached from the train station by foot in case there is a good weather. The facilities are sufficient for a week stay (washing machine, dryer, on-demand hot water, iron in the bathroom; coffee machine with coffee beans, and the cooking utensils in the kitchen; the TV which actually had the cable channels, etc.)

The instructions for both the locker and the apartment door were ambiguous, to say the least. Thus said, in a couple of cases, the host responded within an hour or so. The bed was not comfortable at all. Buying an actual mattress would help. Also the bed sheets were missing for the sofa, which took another hour for us to settle the kid's place. The apartment in general was somewhat clean, but a bit weary. The walls/ceilings had mosquito stains (Don't recommend to open windows at night.) As mentioned in previous reviews, the kitchen sink was leaking. The towels/sheets had seen it all.

Mucho ruido de la calle por la noche, hay una discoteca y se escucha de madrugada a la gente. El colchón es muy duro y las almohadas son cojines, todo de mala calidad. Nos dejaron dos toallas antiguas. Ninguna flexibilidad con el check in.

Вітаю, ділюсь досвідом, квартира сучасна, чиста, охайна, техніка працює, каво машина з кавою, чиста зручна праска, великий телевізор (кому важливо), гаряча вода весь час великий бойлер, на кухні все було що треба для готування, приємні враження, уважний господар, мені сподобалось
