Ubicación perfecta para poder recorrer la ciudad a pie, además de ser poco ruidoso para estar justo en la carretera principal.

La casa está equipada para 4 y éramos 5. Sí había cojín y sábanas para el sofá cama, pero no había toallas para todos.

The rooms, bathroom and kitchen were clean and functional, not over-decorated. The facility 15 mins walk from centre.

Be careful when parking in the courtyard, the entrance is right from the busy street. Also the front room is very loud in the night since it faces the Main street. Two rooms have only one and the half set of bed linen each, expecting two couples. Contact the accommodation before you come as a group of friends or mixed families.

It's a nice clean place, we had two separate bedrooms and a living room+kitchen. Enough space for a group of four.

There was a slight mix-up at check in, when we arrived there was no key in the lockbox. It turned out there was already someone checked in to our flat. The owner quickly resolved the issue as it fortunately turned out that another flat was available. The bedroom windows face a busy road which is quite noisy, which means you have to choose between it being hot (if you close the window) or loud (if you open it).

Very spacious apartment that has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is good to reach old town and there is a private parking. Very good price-quality ratio.

Not really a bad thing, but just something to keep in mind: parking area is relatively small and you need to enter it through a gate. We fit in with a small van (2,55 m high) but if you have a big or high car it might be difficult.

Great host, apartment in walking distance to the center with exc parking, very safe!! We were able to exit the apt very early (3am) w/o any problem.

The house is quite big, it has all the things you need to cook in the kitchen and it's very close to the center the parking is not so easy but it's okay and free

1. You can park in the yard, which saves you a lot of trouble. 2. It's very close to the old town - 15 minutes walk to Piata Sfatului 3. Easy exit towards Poiana Brașov.

The yard is quite narrow, and it can happen that you'll need to move the car in order to allow other cars to exit.
