The windows and balcony door not sealed, balcony due to strong winds the nights were unbearable. Maintenance sent with no communication- insisted on conducting a repair while we were still at the house - compromising privacy

We struggled to use the lift on some days-the face recognition system wouldn't recognise us.The professionalism of both the front desk staff and the different cleaning companies can be improved especially when there are guests around.
