Amazing location. The host met us when we arrived. Helped with our bags. Took us to the apartment explained and demonstrated everything to us. Helped us to park our car in the nearby parking area. They provided us with the map of the area and explained how to get to restaurants, places of interests, what to visit. The apartment within walking distance to the central station that takes you to Cinque Terra and other local towns. We loved our stay in the apartment and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a comfortable, enjoyable stay at la Spezia.

Amazing location

The location is great, right in the city centre of La Spezia and very close to the sea. Everything was clean and the apartment is big and comfortable. The host was very very nice and helped us with everything we needed.

I highly recommend Ancora qui, nel Golfo dei Poeti to anyone looking for a "comfortable business trip", or "romantic retreat". I will definitely be returning on my next visit to La Spezia! The location of the property is fantastic, situated in the heart of the city. This made it very convenient to explore the local area and enjoy the restaurants, with easy access to and from the train station. The apartment has everything one may need for short and longer stays, nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is new, and the building and street are quiet. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional service. The owner and family I encountered were friendly, and professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect.

Beautiful place to stay with every consideration given by these gracious hosts to make visitors feel welcome to this home and La Spezia. We enjoyed the fruit and snacks, the Moka and coffee machine, the olive oil, linens and toiletries and information provided about the area. Our favourite place so far, quiet, homey, and a great gathering spot around the kitchen table. Pictures don’t do it justice. Easy to get to and from the central train station, the Cavour market, walking around city and shopping on Prione. Loved it and the gentle helpful hostesses who greeted us personally and saw us off as well!

Our stay was amazing! The apartment is beautiful, cozy, and spotless. The beds and pillows were the best we’ve ever slept on. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, making it feel like home. The hosts provided exceptional hospitality and ensured everything was perfect. Thank you for enriching our stay. We can’t wait to return!
