Everything. I’m a regular customer of this residence. In my last rating, I complained about something and the manager respectfully invited me for a chat during this stay. We had an honest conversation (next time add a coffee or something lol) and I told him everything I thought about the accommodation and all. For me, I felt heard as a customer. Many hoteliers need to learn and communicate more with customers. It shows respect and appreciation for patronage. Internet was stable. Food was amazing, accommodation was comfortable and safe. There’s a police station near by and that’s absolutely crucial for a country where security concerns remain high. I enjoyed my stay! Thank you.

They forgot to add a towel to my room but mistakes happen. I forgive them! Food can be a bit more in terms of quantity I feel.

I like everything about this place, from the environment to the beautiful and very neat rooms, to the friendly staff, constant electricity and good food. I never met with the manager of C7, but I just want to use this opportunity to say thank you.

There is absolutely nothing I dont like about C7

Good location. Only about 30-40 mins to the Airport which was really helpful especially for a traveling guest like me. Comfortable bed, working facilities in the bathroom.

The WiFi! The owner should upgrade to a better network provider like MTN. The WiFi was abysmal and I couldn’t even make stable calls on WhatsApp let alone stream online. The poor WiFi is the only dent on an otherwise good place to stay.

Quiet and nice place, close to the airport, embassy and bus stop to Benin City. The staff was friendly and polite, although the internet was slow, but I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again.

I liked the efficiency of the communications with the C7 Hazelwood from start to finish. They provided airport shuttle at a very good rate even better than airport taxi rate and also swift. The facility was sparkling clean. Services were prompt - prompt response to queries and provision of services, promptly made sumptous fresh meals. In Nigeria, where power supply is an issue, there was constant power supply at C7 Hazelwood. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. Their teamwork in the provision of the service they render was so lovely to see. Special shout out to their staff: Friday, Sunday, Noah, and Oche. These guys provided 5 star service. I would definitely stay again, and I definitely recommend this facility.
