The Boat House Apartment - York

It was nice but a bit run down , needed redecorating for the wow factor

The sofa had a massive stain on it, the tv did not work very well I think the WiFi was not very good, and the bathroom had clear signs of black mould

Everything about it from location to how cosy the apartment was, honestly couldn't have chosen a better location to stay at with the Mrs for a little get away. 110% will be back 😊

Only thing that bothered us was not being able to work the radiator in the living room but there was blankets to cuddles under not a massive thing still 10/10

Right in the centre of York by the river, so it was super easy to walk to and see all the historical locations. Also right next to small shops (Tesco express and londis). Flat was cosy with everything we needed, lovely place to spend the week, would highly recommend.

A wee instruction manual for turning on the extractor fan, opening windows ect. would have been helpful but maybe we're just not quite bright enough (we figured it out eventually :))

Location

Windows very stiff to open, radiator in lounge and toilet radiator not working? This flat does not get much sunshine and therefore can be cold, hence the need for some heating.
