The location is what you are paying with this property just being a block from South Beach. The balcony is a nice respite area.

This a very small property. We had six adults and it was cramped. Except for the downstairs bathroom the rest of the rooms are dated and need to be painted (these issues make the property look dirty even though it was not dirty). The upstairs bathroom is TINY and has water damage on the bottom of the vanity. There also looks like there is water damage in the ceiling of the living room. All of the bedrooms are very small. The stairs are small and steep, so older folks probably wouldn't do well here.

Locatie is geweldig. Vlak bij strand en alle winkels. Heerlijk ontbijt met Capuccino naast de voordeur. En mooi balkon. Veel spullen in het appartement om te gebruiken.

Aftandse locatie. Uitgewoond. Kapotte luxaflex in elke kamer, plakkende trapleuning. Matige douche.
