1 Bed Central Apartment, Hawick

On arrival the property and entrance hall didn't look so good but once in the apartment it was lovely, light, spacious, well presented and clean - situated just off the high street, but quiet, ample car parking opposite at reasonable cost or free parking further round the corner

Was larger than expected and well equipped and furnished. A little bit “quirky” which added to the adventure. Excellent bathroom and shower and the kitchen had everything needed for a short stay. Well illuminated access.

Had to be careful with the red staircase but all good for an older property.

Very good

Liked that was very central and within walking distance to restaurants. Parking around the corner was free and close enough to the flat. The flat was warm and relatively clean. The size of apartment was great. Lots of space, perfect for few nights stay.

The location of the flat felt like a basement and outside the window wasn't much of a view, I get why all the shutters were on. The towels and bedding was miss matched, it lacked in the small attention to detail. There was no coffee, I wish I knew to bring my own Nespresso coffee capsules, I thought there were supplying 4 capsules for the morning when I saw the coffee machine in the pictures. Had to go to the shops to buy instant which was fine. Too many stairs if you have lots of luggage to carry. There was only one charging point on one side of the bed and just one bed lamp. Wish it was equipped for both ppl.

Clean, comfortable, it had everything we needed and was the perfect weekend getaway for us
