"A missed opportunity"

Location was excellent and the primary room was spacious. Check in process was super smooth, all remote and very safe lock system controlled via phone.

Very poor attention to details. The apartment was booked for 3 adults and there were only 2 forks and 2 knives that didn't even match, two different size stools, two different chairs for the table. Other notable missing items were toilet paper for more than 3 days, napkins, cleaning supplies and garbage bags, etc. The shower leaks water all over the bathroom no matter how you use it and during winter you have to open the window for the floor to dry. The apartment has a lot of potential but it feels like a collection of items left over from other places. With a small investment it could feel much more welcoming!
