Uptown Elegance Gym, Pool, Wine

The apt was huge & spacious, the shower was wonderful & the full kitchen was a definite plus and the host even left me a bottle of wine. That was really sweet!! I was right in the city center & 1 mile from the convention center so I was able to get to Chosen Con in no time!!!

Nice little apartment. Great location.

My code to get in the door didn’t work but they had given me a backup code to use that worked.

I purchased Panthers playoff tickets vs Rams to meetup with local friends. Space is quiet, and conveniently located downtown. A 1BR flat, with essentials....

At first I was very satisfied with the accomodations, and things were mostly as expected. A friend I met with had been recovering from a recently medical procedure, and needed to take a bath. After she finish, we noticed a lot of water on the floor. We noticed afterwards the tub had existing damage, being a crack/small hole in the tub. It must have been leaking underneath steadily. After further inspection it appears it's been this way for a while. We spent probably 45 minutes soaking up all the water with towel (after getting back from the game). I reported this to the owner and sent pics. The owner should fully disclose this, if not only in their best interest at avoiding any extensive water damage etc.. The crack/pin hole causing the issue, I suspect could easily be repaired, but it seems like it's been there for some time by the looks of it all.
