Staff were friendly in the morning

No toilet paper or drinking water provided. Open wall space in bathroom wall which let in mozzies and locks on bedroom doors did not work

Good water pressure in the shower, hot water. Overall a normal place to spend the night for this money, but I will not return, the rating is definitely not 8 as I initially saw on the site.

The place was not very clean, especially the blanket without a duvet cover, bed linen with stains. The smell of dampness. Although there was a menu with drinks and prices in the room, it turned out that they did not even have a bottle of water. It would be great to provide guests with a couple of bottles in the room. Slow unstable internet. The only employee who met me did not speak English at all.

The staff was cooperative and they tried hard to help us by providing us early breakfast as we had early checkout at 6:30 am. The night staff was very helpful.

We had booked three rooms here. Dirty toilet and wash basin, dirty towels, No hot water, torn bedsheets, no blankets/comforters. The bed was so creaky that even when turning sides it made lot of noise. we just spent the night there as we had done late check in and had no other option and had paid in advance. The breakfast served was not good with just one slice of bread with omlette. The room had very dim lights as the main light was not working (the staff tried to fix it but could not do so). We had 5 guests, but each room had only one towel.
