We're satisfied with our overall stay. Simple but elegant room. Free usage of appliances and utensils. The guards are approachable.

The door lock code was automatically reset without our knowledge on the last day of our stay, prior to our check-out time. I had difficulty connecting with the host at that time since our mobile network signal was too weak in the area. I panicked when the door alarmed due to multiple incorrect attempts. We waited for 30-40 minutes until the host was able to provide the updated door code via Booking.com message. It would have been easier if the host had provided a phone number to reach her for urgent matters. There was also a small cockroach that messed up our food during our second night. 😔

Accessibility of the place was great, a lot of food stalls downstairs and a very comfy lobby, condo unit was very close to the elevator and easy to find. Bed was comfy, there was an extra mattress you could use, room smelled nice, air-conditioning worked great, comfort room was also very decent except that the bidet did not have a handle/holder which isn't really a bad thing, we just found it funny. Price was okay for the stay and considering it was really close to where we needed to be.

NOT the properties fault, but the building's elevators smelled like dirty laundry almost all of the time we stayed there, and the mobile signal in the lobby was very bad. there were also tiny cockroaches in the property but it wasn't that much of a bother. Also I wish the property managers would be more proactive with communication and/or provide a more convenient way of communication asides from booking/.com.

The owner is very accomadating in replying all my questions in the first day of stay. The unit is clean, very homy vibes. It feels like a home away from home. Very convenient in buying things i need because there are many resto and convenience store just within the area.

The size is perfect for 3 people. We used every corner fully.

There’s no netflix account for the guests and there’s a battery issue of the remote control.

The room was beautiful well kept and had everything a traveler could need. The host was very accommodating as well as the staff. Despite bus delays, we could still easily check in and enjoyed a good night of rest. The view is wonderful.
