The Ranch - beautiful twin room

The room was very nice. The staff helped me also a lot;)

The place is beautiful, facilities exceptional and the service from the staff out of this world. Particular mention of the Gateman(Night) & Tina.

Everything, it’s great value and location easy k15 public transport to the Lusaka, City Centre. Easy key entry and code system.

Really nice settings.

Spacious and quietness!

Had difficulties to locate the place n settling in. There is nothing to confirm the location just a big gate and no bell to ring.

The place was beautiful and the atmosphere there is very peaceful

The staff did not perform according to what I was promised they were not cleaning the bathroom. They told us that we are not going to be sharing the bottom, but then we ended up seeing the bathroom with some other guy was live in the toilet dirty and then one of the staff members tried to sell me some dresses and it was a very awkward situation for me

Tina was very welcoming always ready to assist place was very clean

Doors need small rubbers on the door frames to reduce noise when closing that banging sound is a bit high it disturbs a bit.
