Good location

I went to have breakfast for a coffee but still have powder coffee in the jar and glass, trays, spoons look very dirty, Shower room has small water so annoying when I take a shower

Good price , staff was friendly, good comunications

I was upset and uncomfortable because it's too noisy even at 10 o'clock and above people are still laughing loudly and should be reprimanded by security for the convenience of other guests, the shower is broken, the water is small and in the morning the warm water doesn't work properly, the shower is hard to turn on, got stuck because it's too hard to turn it on, we stay for a break but unfortunately very noisy

I only like the location and the staffs are quite helpful.

The cleanliness. They should LEARN more about how meaningful the cleanliness is to their guests, as they are a hospitality industry, having a great location property is pointless if you don’t understand the point of cleanliness.
