SGUnit itself was clean & location was fine.
The apartment building was quite run down. We chose this location because it explicitly stated that tennis courts were available and we pre-paid in advanced only to learn that the courts were under construction. We were in town for a tennis tournament and needed courts for warm ups. Wish the listing was updated to indicate info about courts or at least able to change our reservation. Th

The lighting in the car park is low. The elevator is not functioning properly.

Under my expectation. Difficult to check in, especially the guard not understand what we are saying.. Room not like the picture as show. No Washing Machine.. No Shower Heater at outside bathroom.. Only have 1 in Master Bedroom.
MYGood location, quiet floor and security
Only 1 water heater in the entire apartment. As mentioned in previous reviews , the pillows are flat and uncomfortable. Sofas were just as bad, stuffed with odd size lumpy cushions , covered with ill fitted covers. After sitting on the bean bags, there were bite marks on our legs. Bring your own soap and shampoo, the ones provided smelt and felt like industrial cleaning gel. The car park is dark and dingy. The allocated car park number faded. Bed leg supported with bricks in the master bedroom.

Would be better if guests are provided with Netflix/cable TV for entertainment.
