Many things - location to begin with, right where I wanted to be.. The staff were responsive & polite.. Breakfast was served a- la- carte, but the variety & taste was unbelievably good !! I wasn't expecting such good breakfasts..

There are little insignificant things that sort of spoil the experience.. The bath fittings could be better & well maintained.. I wasn't sure if the bed linen was changed after the last usage.. The reception was almost never manned (but once they saw me, they were quick to respond).. Breakfast was served on different floors on the two days of my stay..

The rooms are spacious and clean. Location is good.

The ambience and the interior is so beautiful of the hotel staff’s are so good and the most important the manager of the hotel was so helpful

I am from Ahmedabad When we reached to hotel they didn’t show room and alloted a poor room Bed is too short, room is dirty, space is too small, switch box is broken so risk to get a shock. Tv is there in room but didn’t work properly and AC is there in room but they didn’t provide remote. Staff is not cooperative and didn’t respond to our complaints. Service is very bad 1/10 for their worst service.

They have guided in the local sightseeing also arrange two wheelers for us.

It was confirmed during booking that they have buffet breakfast, atleast they have 4-5 items in the menu. But during our stay they only have parantha & poha as the complementary with booking. Their response time from kitchen specially in the morning is very late, they starts from 8am onwards.
