The building is good and the development looks modern, the location is good and you can reach the city with a tram in 20’min. The Penny market and Lidl are short walk away.

There was an used condom under the bed after previous guests. In a bedroom under the window from the outside there were cigarette buds after previous guests not taken away. The pillows were the cheapest from Ikea and very uncomfortable - ai didnt sleep anything. The duvets didn’t have the duvet covers - do you think that the duvets were in the washing machine? I guess not very hygienic. The A/C was working but seems not cleaned because we started to get sick and at our home we always use ours without getting ill. In a bathroom there isn’t any shower curtain which makes it to take the shower a bit difficult. The hosts left me a message that any rating under 9 will harm them but I am giving 7 not to harm them but to make them improve it and to be fair and honest to other guests who might come. There are simple things to improve to deserve a better score, however overall this stay was okay and 7* are just about right at the moment.

Basically everything was perfect about this place. Host was very friendly and assisted in all requests perfectly.

Keep in mind, there is no freezer for your ice cream😁. But everything else is amazing, recommend.

A great apartment, close to the destination i needed, clean, nice location, new building. Very satisfied. A restaurant and a fruit store is placed next to the building. Already 2 times i have booked this apartment and definitely when i come to Bucharest next time, i will stay it it. Thank you!.
