Be A Nomad Laid Back Beach Home

I had NO idea that I rented the unit located in a basement!!! Pictures in an ad are a mix from the basement unit, and upstairs unit, very misleading. I would never ever intentionally make a reservation to a basement unit- with dirty windows coveted with blinds an no view… ( just tresh cans/ parking spaces). If blinds are closed- basement unit is very nice inside/ remodeled and clean. I do not like basements… that is not what i was looking for going to Florida… . Perhaps coud use a few more blankets- one bedroom was too hot, and the othet too cold ( huge vent in the ceiling just above the bed)with no extra comforters, or blankets.

Great little studio right on the beach! Property managers were kind and always available to answer questions, highly recommend!

It’s been 10 days and still haven’t gotten my $250 back.

The place was located in a perfect spot. There are a lot of the things to do in the area. They were walking distance. The place was kept up nicely. It was easy to find the house. It has towels, pillows, & sheets already there. There were also handy kitchen supplies already there. The view of the beach was great. They responded to any questions I had. I was able to extend the stay without being charged a lot to do it. I would definitely recommend the place to other friends & family.

The space was clean and conveniently located

I didn’t like the fact that the photos listed are the upstairs unit. It’s a total gamble whether you’re staying up or downstairs (without a deck or even windows that have blinds that open. It’s like you’re in a dungeon). Literally the first photos you see when viewing are all upstairs, there’s no way to determine from the photos which is which.

The cleaning supplies were so strong and their was a constant egg smell in the kitchen I believe coming up from the drain. Rug in bedroom had stains on it. Shower knob was difficult to use and there was no place to put shampoos etc. received so many messages from them that didn’t pertains to us.

Location and cleanness! Had accessories for the beach😍

Air conditioner at rooms. It gets warm only at rooms.
