Could do with hooks to hang towels in bathroom and shelf to put toiletries on
GBRight in the centre, very close to all we needed (theatre, bars). Well stocked apartment - everything you need and a lovely bottle of Prosecco (thank you, nice touch). Deceptively big. 4 bedrooms, all en-suite - towels, hairdryer provided. Beds comfortable. Had all we wanted and needed for a nights stay after the theatre. Host was very easy to speak to, effective communication.

Safety issue with windows open fully out dangerous for anyone near the windowsill & the door lock dodgy . Needs some serious TLC walls and doors all marked. Wi-Fi was switched off in hallway router ? Bedding creased and only a small old pillow each. Paid over £300 for a Saturday night felt robbed. Needs a deep clean and a professional cleaner. Freezer needed defrosting. No toiletries bath towels on kitchen side. No proper bin or bags in kitchen. Floors not clean tiles in shower need bleach. No curtains in bedroom just blinds not black out. Lamps not working. No table in main bedroom to put anything on just a black dusty wardrobe.

GBGB4 en-suite rooms, all clean , kitchen facilities were great. Huge TV and the Bluetooth mirrors were a nice addition. Liked that we could take our dog away with us.
Windows overlooking square opened far out and it felt a bit unsafe - if someone tripped or you had a young child they could easily fall out if window was open. Also only one wardrobe and it was very thin for hanging clothes .

The place was a bit grubby. I don't know if it was just lack of attention to detail, or if it had been not attended to after the last occupant. The sofa cushions looked like someone has just got up, the bedding was so creased and the bottom room the bed didn't even look like it had been made. water marks on the kitchen cupboards and a plate still in the sink. There were no towels, we were off to get some from the shops when we saw the owner just outside who then brought us some. The entrance is in the seating area of a pub, wasn't a problem it was closed by the time we arrived back. In high insight i wished I spoke to the owner about the cleanliness of the apartment but in reality we were in there for less than 9 hours. It was a bit overpriced for the standard
GBGBBooking. Com website could have given clearer details on the location, maybe an outside image of the apartments or a hint .i.e. “the gold door between x & z.”We had to call the host, and although we were extremely close, we missed the entrance as it appeared to be the pub.
