La Villita - Gateway to Chicago

was a nice location the apartment was clean spacious I loved the private parking and the backyard space 10/10

It was clean and 10 min walk to L train

The apartment is nicely organised, clean and spacious. The housekeepers were really helpful, attentive and answered immediately to all our questions. Kenzie station for train to the Loop is about 10 minutes walk.

They had everything we needed for our stay. There was a washer & dryer in the unit, coffee, dishes we loved it.

The blankets in one of the rooms had hairs all over it. We ended up using our own blankets.

i loved everything the aesthetics were really nice and how i had everything i need which i enjoyed

i seen so many rats around the outside neighborhood it was scary

Communication

Electrical appliances were modern and new. Enough plates and cutlery. Shameless house is less than a mile away Unit 2 is mostly renovated. Walk in wardrobe is not

Extrem loud music from the neighbours till 1am on both nights. Bedroom window is facing the noise so no sleep is possible. Windows are not noise insulated or glass.is broken. Community area is in front of unit 2 so you can smell cigarette or marijuana smoke and again no noise insulation in the unit. Unit2 is very dark you need the lights on all the time. The area is according to the lyft driver not save ( South Side for Shameless viewers). Although you need a number for the gate the backyard is is completely open and anyone can get in through the back ally

Its was small and cozy, I love the accommodating smoking section

The loud music the neighbors played anytime of the day and no parking on the front for visitors
