The place itself was good and in a good location. The caretaker was very helpful and the property manager was also helpful. It's a place that is well set up.

Our stay at this Blue Kite–managed property was extremely disappointing, and future guests should be aware of several serious issues. Although Booking.com clearly advises against off‑platform payments, Blue Kite contacted us on WhatsApp demanding advance payment. This requirement was not mentioned in the listing, and when I expressed concern, the representative responded rudely and told us to book elsewhere. At the same time, our home country was facing a national emergency with power and internet outages. Because we couldn’t get online quickly enough, Blue Kite cancelled our reservation without any understanding of the situation. Only after we managed to reconnect were we able to reinstate the booking and pay. On arrival, the caretaker and on‑site manager were helpful, but the stay itself was unworkable. Loud drilling from the neighbouring property continued for three consecutive days, despite repeated assurances that it would stop. I am medically sensitive to such noise due to a past brain surgery, and we were forced to leave the property during the daytime because staying inside was not feasible. Additional issues included a completely non‑functional AC in one bedroom (reported but never repaired during our stay) and a mattress so hard it couldn’t be used. When we reported all of this, Blue Kite took a full day to respond and offered only a small credit—no refund, no accountability, and no genuine concern. Their response was entirely unrepentant. Anyone considering a Blue Kite property should be aware that our experience involved repeated problems and a company unwilling to take responsibility. And realistically, why would any guest accept credit from a company that has already failed to uphold the most basic principles of hospitality and trust? This was especially disheartening because India is known for its warmth and hospitality. Unfortunately, our experience with Blue Kite reflected none of that.
