Maintenance issues..locking up issues with two different doors and also no method of securing from inside. Microwave not working Price was increased with no explanation

The girl at reception smiled a lot. The boys that fixed the WIFI and security box issues were lovely.

False advertising and we didn't get what we paid for. There was no balcony and no matter how much documentation I provided for the booking, management simply would not budge. The elevators broke down three times and the beds were very lumpy and hard.

I would not recommend this place. I booked a two-bedroom unit for my family of 4, advertised as having one king bed and two extra-large double beds. Instead, we were given two separate rooms, both with king beds only. When I raised this with the host, I was told that the lounge room sofa folded out. However, the sofa bed was not prepared, and it was not an extra-large double as advertised. Fortunately, we were able to swap units with someone we were travelling with. Even then, my son had to sleep in the lounge room on a fold-out bed with no blind, which was far from suitable. The apartment itself was very noisy. One bedroom had a motor directly outside the window that made it impossible to sleep. The floors were filthy—our feet were black after walking around—and the sheets did not feel clean or fresh. We also felt unsafe. There was no physical key, only a code, and no key or code required for the lift, which was concerning. The surrounding area felt uncomfortable and unsafe, with people loitering and staring whenever we left the building. We arrived at 10pm on Thursday and were meant to stay until Monday, but due to these issues, we left on Saturday. Overall, this accommodation did not match its listing and did not provide a clean, quiet, or safe environment for a family stay.
