+ Locatie buna daca ai masina + Parcare subterana inclusa + Apartamentul e curat + Bloc nou + Good value for money

- Blocul e complicat, iesire din garaj greu de gasit, iesirea pietonala din bloc se face pe la demisol, m-am simtit ca intr-un labirint - Desi blocul si finisajele sunt relativ noi, usa de la baie nu se inchide din cauza ca s-a umflat in partea de jos - Salteaua e cam ferma pentru gusturile noastre - Draperiile sunt stramte pe bara si nu se pot trage, blocheaza total lumina in apartament - Bucataria amenajata in balcon, cam ciudata impartirea spatiului, dar nu e un deal breaker - Este espressor, dar ar fi util sa fie si putina cafea disponibila, macar pentru 2 cafele dimineata
