Was a lovely house very clean

There was no milk in fridge

We had the most wonderful family stay at this perfect home a few steps downhill into Llangollen centre. Perfect base for a family wedding nearby. It truly had everything we could possibly want and more. The house was very spacious beautifully decorated, finished to the highest standard, and absolutely spotless on arrival. Every detail had clearly been thought through, making it feel both luxurious and welcoming from the moment we stepped inside. One of the absolute highlights just within a few steps we were in the town and made full use of the restaurants, takeaways and shops. Great time travelling on the tourist railway to Cowen with my grandson 10 mins walk away. The location could not have been better- Highly recommend the Corn Mill for great food

It was clean, fresh perfect location. Charlene couldn't be more helpful.

The house is beautiful. The bathrooms; the kitchen; the lounge are all of a very high spec. Bedrooms well appointed. Cutlery and crockery similarly first class. Everything handily placed, from toaster to kettle to fridge. Large TV has access to BBC I- player, ITVX etc.

Two downsides, which would depend on your party’s make up. There are steep steps both outside and inside the property. You need to be nimble on your feet. We were on a a golfing tour. The property was (almost) perfect for our needs. Parking is the other issue if you have a lot of heavy luggage eg golf bags. We unloaded the bags outside the property and then parked on the roadside about 200yds up the road. It was awkward but do-able and well worth the effort because of the quality of the accommodation. The property is ideally located for all the town’s amenities being just 100m from the town centre.

Checkout was very early

This is a highly recommended property, furnished with great quality and decorated to a very high standard. The house is immaculately clean and beautifully presented throughout. Charlene is a fantastic host—quick to respond, extremely helpful, and very accommodating. We’ve had such a lovely stay that we’re already in the process of rebooking another break.
