Great location and close to a large parking lot. The apartment is arranged in a long hallway with 4 bedrooms. As we were two people in our reservation, the hosts elected to lock off two of the bedrooms. This was ok, but there were no extra blankets in the rooms and it was cooling off. We messaged them and they allowed us to open one of the bedrooms to remove the bedspread but this was not super helpful as we were still two people without sufficient blankets. We also arrived early, on a rainy day, and they didn't allow us to store our luggage in the apartment. This is ok, but when it was time for check in and we were ready with our bags to check in at the door, they had not sent the check in info and did not respond to our message for 15 minutes. So we needed to wait in the drizzle in order to speak with them and enter the building. Things could have gone much smoother with a little more communication on their end. But the apartment is nice and exactly as pictured. Very clean and new.

Muy buena ubicación y limpieza. Todo reformado, muy silencioso y camas cómodas. Aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo en todas las habitaciones. El propietario fue muy amable y nos ofreció facilidades para la salida.

Por poner una pega y que lo tenga en cuenta en que lo necesite: no tiene ascensor.

The location was excellent and the host was very friendly and accommodating.

Modern apartment , close to all the attractions and very quiet at night.

Parking was really difficult to find. My advice to others is to book the c. Sevilla parking in advance.
