3BR Modern Cozy Suite Near KLIA

Really Recommend for family stay , surprisedly got room for solat..

The key collection was fine once we got into the building. The location is close to the airport but the building itself is impossible to get into. I'm not sure why there is such intense security around the building? It seemed like a prison. There are 4 buildings (A,B,C,D) and the entire compound has an unclimbable fence around it. You have to enter and exit from the vehicle gate which was on the opposite side of the compound from building C where the suite was located. We wanted to go for a bit to eat but the restaurant across the street took 30 minutes to get to because we had to walk all the way to the gate and then all the way back around the building again to get to the restaurant. Then we had to walk the 30 minutes back. It was ridiculous. Also, you need the key card to go down the elevator and to exit the building. I've never seen that before. We didn't like that.

The better question would be "what did I like"? The only thing I liked about this accommodation was its proximity to the airport. As I mentioned before, the accommodation was really inconvenient to get into. We felt like we were in prison. There is absolutely no reason for the maximum security on the building when the Holiday Inn next door was available to walk into and out of with no security at all. Also, the accommodation we received looked nothing like the photos on booking.com. The room was filthy. There were unwashed stains on the walls like someone had thrown coffee at the walls, there were dust bunnies hanging from the ceilings and in the corners, the bed sheets had yellow stains on them, the pillowcases were thin and yellow, the windows had finger and forehead prints all over then, there were many cockroaches in the kitchen sink, the bath mats looked like they had never been washed, the bathrooms were dirty with an abundance of water damage and the hot water on demand tank in the one bathroom did not even work. I understand this place is budget and not expensive to stay in but if you are going to advertise your place to have people pay to stay in it, at least clean it.

Strategic location and nearby reataurant.

There are 3 bedrooms but only in master bedroom and in living room have aircond. Another 2 room just have fan and its not comfortable for my kids. All my kids have to sleep in the living room. Also in Master bedroom dont have heater for shower and the drainage system of the shower floor kind of sluggish and clogged liked when taking shower bath even in less than 5 minits🥲. So we all (9 people in family) have to take turns for taking bath in another bathroom near the living room for that reasons.
