1) Berada di tingkat yang paling tinggi.(Gayat) 2) Plastik Sampah. 3) Kunci Sliding Door menghadap beranda rosak dan sangat berbahaya untuk anak-anak kecil. Saya terpaksa mengunakan batang mop untuk membuat lock pintu /sendal agar budak kecil tidak dapat membukanya. Saya risau budak keluar dan itu sangat berbahaya jika mereka keluar.

I order alanis residence , and they gave arena residence. Location is far from food shop.They mentioned have washing machine. But i get unit doesn't have a washing machine. I complaint but just get sorry only from service providers. So sad...

The property is a possibility of being a good comfortable rental especially for long term usage. There is some good furnishings which make it somewhat comfortable.

The property does not have things that are listed. There is no hot running water anywhere in the apartment including both bathrooms AND showers. No bathtub as listed. The single aircon is in the bedroom furthest from the main apartment and so weak it does not cool the apartment at all. There are no views as listed due to all windows blacked out with permanent black plastic, thus no daylight also. Worst of all are rules which include only Halal food to be consumed in the apartment. NONE of this is on the listing for Booking.com and therefore totally misleading. For a two week stay only one tiny towel and bedlinen which were not changed or offered to be laundered the whole stay. Not even toilet roll or place to hang it. The apartment is also right beside the lift and garbage room with and explosive banging door which happens day and night and the local residents are the noisiest as though they know renters are there and do not want them.
