Casa Paradiso: Un'oasi di relax

- clean & big apartment - kindness of the owner - last minute booking (10.30 p.m.)

- veeeery thin walls (we could not sleep until 3 a.m.- the neighbor's dog was barking, you can hear the neighbor talking, showering)... - ground floor/semi-basement apartment surrounded by grid - ceramic tiles on the floor (the heating did not work in the evening, the AC is only for cooling)

The location was ideal

It was on the ground floor and it was easy to access

Not much

Apartment looks better in the pictures than it actually is. The beds are really uncomfortable and makes very loud noise every time you move. One of the room has a hole at the top to the living room so you hear everything also that room is very small and feel like a prison cell. Apartment is old and outdated Walls are very thin and you basically hear every louder noise from around. Neighbours are were having a party one of the nights so it was hard to fall asleep. Wouldn’t stay ever again

Nothing much

The property is rated as a 9 on booking.com and it comes nowhere close to that standard. If it had not already been paid for, we would have left, just looking at the outside of the building a sit looks run down, in need of a great deal of maintenance and in an apartment block of maybe 120 apartments in a not so good area of Cinisello Balsamo. There are various things that need attention such as the lounge air conditioning does not work, the state of the bath was discussing, TV didn’t work - just poor and misrepresented by a nine. My big issue however is that I booked this because it stated there was on site parking - this is not the case, there is no onsite secure parking, you have to park on the street if you can find a space - if you are driving, definitely do not book this property
